Welcome to the Publicis Collective multi-region online store. Please take a few minutes to read through this FAQ and familiarize yourself with the site.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt. You can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery time may also depend on customs clearance, if applicable.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email from the alias noreply@jniwebshop.com – please check your spam folder if you cannot locate this confirmation email in your inbox.

Do I need to create an account on the store?

An account is automatically created for you with your first login through single sign-on (SSO). Guest browsing is not available; you must log in to access the store and place orders.

How can I view my order history?

Once logged in, you can view your orders and tracking information in the “Account” menu located in the top right of the website. Note: tracking information will be available once the order is shipped.

How do I change or cancel my order?

An order cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

How do I return my order?

Online purchases are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not available. If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out via the Contact Us form.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from noreply@jniwebshop.com. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

Why are only some sizes visible?

Only in-stock sizes/colors are shown. Note: discontinued items will not be restocked.
